Purebeloo — Returns & Refunds Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you love it. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 60 days of delivery.
RETURNS — HOW IT WORKS
- RETURN PERIOD: You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. The item must be returned to us within these 60 days.
- TO START A RETURN: Email info@purebeloo.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
- CONDITION: We accept returns for refund or exchange only if items are unworn, in saleable condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- PACKAGING: Please pack returns securely — we cannot be held responsible for items damaged in transit. Include a copy of your order confirmation and state whether you want a refund or an exchange.
GIFT RETURNS
- If the item was a gift, you may return it for store credit valid for one year from the date of issue.
- Any difference in cost for an exchange, plus shipping or fees, is the responsibility of the recipient.
RETURN CONDITIONS & SHIPPING COSTS
- Shipping costs for returns are normally the responsibility of the customer, except where the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product — in those cases Purebeloo will cover return shipping.
- Returns received after the 60‑day period may be accepted at our discretion but are not guaranteed.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
- If a product is faulty, please email info@purebeloo.com within 60 days of receipt with photos and your order number.
- We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, repair or refund. Purebeloo covers return shipping for faulty items.
- Please note the assessment and resolution process can take up to 60 days.
CHANGING YOUR MIND
- If you simply change your mind, we’re happy to offer an exchange or refund provided we are notified within 60 days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for return postage and any customs/duties on international returns.
REFUNDS — PROCESS & TIMING
- To process a refund, returned items must be sent back in their original packaging, unused and free from damage.
- Please return items by recorded delivery and email the associated Track & Trace information to info@purebeloo.com.
- Include the original invoice or a note with your order number, full name and email inside the package — this helps speed up your refund.
- Once your return is approved, we will refund the purchase amount. If you originally qualified for free shipping, the full amount will be refunded. If you paid for shipping at purchase, the original shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after approval, using the original payment method where possible.
UNSUITABLE RETURNS & CUSTOM ITEMS
- Items unsuitable for resale due to altered packaging, misuse, or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
- Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges depend on stock availability. You may be asked to pay any price difference, shipping costs and applicable duties or taxes for exchanges.
